Flower Substitutions
Fresh flowers are seasonal and availability may vary. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a flower of similar style, colour, and equal or greater value. We will always do our best to maintain the overall look, feel, and colour palette of the arrangement shown.

Vases & Containers
Vases, containers, wrapping, and decorative elements may vary depending on availability. When necessary, we will substitute with an item of a similar style and equal or greater value.

Natural Variations
Because flowers are natural products, colour, size, shape, and bloom stage may vary slightly from the images shown. Each arrangement is individually handcrafted and unique.

Delivery
Please ensure the recipient’s name, address, and phone number are correct when placing your order. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed unless previously arranged. Additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information or recipient unavailability.

Quality & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there is a quality concern, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable solution.
